Do you guarantee your services ?
Yes.
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If something has been missed or your not happy for any reason , we will return free of charge to rectify the problem

How do you ensure reliability and honesty?
By checking all the references provided by the candidates. If she/he cannot provide verifiable reference we do not offer them work. We take extra care when tracing each applicant's history. There are no exceptions.

What are your office working hours?
Our customer services team will take your calls from Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 18.00 and Saturday 10.00 - 16.00.

Do you work on Public and Bank holidays?
Although our office is closed on Public and Bank holidays our cleaning operatives continue to carry out jobs as usual.
Jobs booked to be carried out on Public and Bank holidays will not cost extra with some exceptions during the Christmas and New Year festive days. Please call our team with any enquiries regarding work on those dates.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by cash, cheque, weekly/fortnightly/monthly standing order.

Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment?
You are responsible for providing the cleaning products and equipment and any instructions with regards to operating the equipment provided by you.
Sometimes we may be able to provide cleaning products and equipment but there will be an extra charge for that.

Are there any agency fees or other charges on top of your rates?
No.
We do not charge a monthly/yearly fee, agency fee or commission. There are no hidden costs or charges.
Our service is charged per hour or at a fixed price per property
